If you're feeling nervous or worried that you're not photogenic, you're certainly not alone. In fact, these are the two things I hear most often before a session.

The good news is that you don't need to know how to pose, where to look, or even how to smile for the camera. I'll guide you through every step, from your fingertips to your expression, using flattering lighting, gentle direction and plenty of encouragement along the way.

My job is to help you forget about the camera, relax into the moment, and simply enjoy yourself. Before long, those nerves fade away, and you'll be surprised by just how natural it all feels.

Your boudoir session will take place in my warm, welcoming and completely private studio, located at 590 Church Street, Terrace End, Palmerston North.

I've created the studio to be a calm, comfortable space where you can relax from the moment you arrive. It's a place where you can leave the outside world behind, enjoy being looked after, and feel completely at ease.

Your privacy is incredibly important to me, so you'll have the studio exclusively to yourself throughout your session, allowing you to feel comfortable, confident and free to simply enjoy the experience.

I recommend booking your session around three months in advance to give us plenty of time to plan your experience, secure your preferred date, and ensure your artwork is ready if you're celebrating a special occasion, such as a wedding, birthday or anniversary.

That said, life doesn't always follow a schedule! If your session is for an upcoming event or you've decided you'd love to book at the last minute, please get in touch. I keep a small number of appointments available for those more urgent situations, and if I can fit you in, I absolutely will.

The women you see throughout my website are all real clients who have generously given permission for me to share their images, hoping to inspire other women to take this step for themselves.

From beautiful lighting to flattering posing, I'll guide you through every part of your session. You don't need any modelling experience or know what to do in front of the camera - that's my job. I understand that most people feel a little nervous at first, so my focus is on creating a relaxed, supportive environment where you feel comfortable, confident and able to simply enjoy every moment x

Your boudoir session begins with a $490 Boudoir creative fee, which includes your personalised planning consultation, professional Hair and Makeup, your fully guided photography session, professional retouching of your chosen images, and your private image reveal where we will view your photographs together and design the perfect collection for you.

I also have a small client wardrobe available with selected pieces that you are welcome to use, or we can work together to plan outfits that reflect your personal style and make you feel amazing.

Collections begin at $795 and include beautifully finished artwork and digital images, allowing you to preserve your favourite photographs in a way that you can enjoy for years to come.

Most clients invest around $2000-$3000 in their final collection, depending on the artwork and images they choose. Every woman is different, and there is never any pressure to choose more than what feels right for you.

Your photographs are more than just images - they are a reminder of this moment in your life and the way you felt during your session. Together, we'll create something meaningful that celebrates you and the woman you are today.

To make your boudoir experience more accessible, I offer flexible in-house payment plans that allow you to spread your investment over time before your session.

When you book, we'll create a payment plan that works comfortably for you. You can choose whether you'd prefer fortnightly or monthly payments, and we'll arrange a schedule that suits your needs.

Payments can be spread over up to 12 weeks leading up to your session, allowing you to take care of your investment gradually while looking forward to your special day.

A little tip... the earlier you book, the easier it can be to spread your payments. Booking ahead gives you more time to prepare, making each payment smaller and allowing you to focus on enjoying the experience rather than worrying about the cost.

Approximately 3-6 days after your session, we will meet back at the studio for your private image reveal and ordering appointment.

This is one of my favourite parts of the entire process - seeing your reaction as you view your images for the first time is truly special.

During your reveal, we will look through your beautifully curated collection of images together. I'll guide you through the selection process, help you compare your favourites, and make sure you choose a collection of images that feels perfect for you.

Rather than being left to make decisions alone through an online gallery, you'll have my support in choosing images that have variety, flow beautifully together, and work beautifully as finished artwork.

Your privacy is also incredibly important to me. Boudoir photography is personal, and I want to ensure your images are treated with the care and respect they deserve. By viewing your images together in the studio, your photographs remain private and secure, rather than being stored in an online gallery.

The image reveal is where everything comes together - not only choosing your favourite photographs, but celebrating the incredible woman you are and the experience you've just had.

Every woman has her own comfort level, and there is no expectation that you need to wear lingerie or be more revealing than feels right for you. Your session can be beautifully tailored around what makes you feel confident and comfortable.

Some women choose elegant lingerie, while others prefer a more subtle approach with an oversized shirt, beautiful fabrics, a favourite outfit, or a classic portrait style.

My role is to create images that reflect who you are and make you feel incredible when you see them. Whether your style is soft and feminine, elegant and timeless, or something completely your own, we will create a session that feels right for you.

The most important thing is that you feel safe, relaxed and celebrated throughout the entire process.
